Authentic Chinese rice porridge breakfast included
Guests staying at Hotel Bohnen will be served Hakuba Hanten's signature Chinese rice porridge for breakfast. By eating something warm and easily digestible in the morning, your body temperature will rise, you will get nutrients quickly, and your stomach and intestines will be less stressed, making it the perfect start to your day. Guests staying for 2 nights or more will also be served a Western-style breakfast.
*If you would like to stay without meals, please let us know when you make your reservation. We will give you a 1,000 yen discount off the accommodation fee.

Our proud standard Chinese dinner course includes all of Hakuba Hanten's popular menu items.
Assorted appetizers, fried chicken, stir-fried salted squid and vegetables, stir-fried pork and garlic sprouts, chili shrimp, crab omelet, fried noodles or fried rice, soup and homemade almond tofu to finish.
